Amid a sector-wide digital transformation, Trans Europe Halles—Europe’s oldest cultural venue network—needed a rapid digital annual report before a key international conference.

We amplified TEH's existing brand strength that preserved instant recognition while creating room for visual evolution. Our approach prioritized agility and precision, enabling rapid response to last-minute data changes while maintaining brand consistency. The goal: transform dense information into a compelling narrative that grows the visual brand and ensures trust.

We elevated TEH's bold orange palette and architectural logo lines with AI-generated textures that function as content way finding using complementary brand colours - violet for regional hubs, turquoise for resources, deep green for initiatives etc. Large visuals and soft-edged frames broke up text density, while strategic file optimization ensured seamless viewing and sharing. Every design decision served dual purposes: visual clarity and operational efficiency.

As a network of member organisations with more than 40 years of history and over 170 members across Europe and beyond, it felt especially meaningful to work with a design studio from within our own community - Dezain Studio, based in Riga and the same team behind the brand identity for the 100th meeting of Trans Europe Halles, #TEH100, also held in Riga.
