1.2. Any project-specific services, including design and development work, are governed by separate written agreements. In case of conflict, the terms of those agreements take precedence over these Website Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1. All content on the Website—including design elements, text, graphics, images, videos, code, trademarks, and other materials—is the property of SIA Dezain Studio or our licensors.

2.2. You may view and use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

2.3. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, sell, scrape, frame, or use Website content to train AI models without our prior written permission.

2.4. Portfolio items (photos, videos, project visuals) presented on the Website remain the property of our clients and are displayed with their permission. These materials may not be reused or redistributed.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1. You must not engage in any activity that violates the law, compromises Website security, attempts to access non-public areas, or uses automated tools for data extraction beyond standard search engine indexing.

3.2. You may not remove copyright notices, reverse-engineer any part of the Website, or interfere with its functionality.

4. Third-Party Services (Scheduling Tool)

4.1. Call scheduling is provided through Cal.com. When booking via the scheduler, your use is subject to Cal.com’s own terms and privacy policy.
