This Privacy Policy explains how Dezain Studio (“Dezain Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data of individuals when they visit dezain.studio website (“Website”), contact us, become our suppliers/clients, use our services or apply for a job with us.

• Transactional & project: proposals, statements of work, contracts, project artifacts and files you provide or upload;
• Payments/billing: invoice/receipt data; limited payment tokens/identifiers (card data processed by Stripe);
• Marketing information: newsletter subscription status, campaign and UTM data, email interaction metrics (opens/clicks), ad identifiers where we have your consent;
• Support/communications: emails and messages; meeting notes and, if agreed, recordings;
• Recruitment: CV/portfolio links, application data, interview notes.
